I made a new montage of a day Eddie, Moe and I skated. Watch it on youtube or vimeo. I was trying something a little different.

We made a short film a few weeks ago called The Bootinator. I finally made a facebook account. I'm not sure if I'm going to be using or not. Check out Wes's site too.

A few years ago Moe spent the night at my house and I woke him up in the middle of the night to make this interview for the site. It was obvious he wanted to go back to sleep. Shit's still funny to me.

Three quick clips of me skating. Eddie broke his board so I asked him to film this. He seems to be getting better at filming.

I made a 2009 archive page to clean up the home page a little bit.

A few clips of Preston at the EZ7 skatepark. This was filmed with a Canon HV30 (the first two clips) and a Canon 5D Mark II with a Canon 15mm fisheye and a Rode Videomic.

I finally got around to uploading Luis's and Eddie's montage to the site in the flash player. I noticed the site's navigation was rendering out very messed up in Internet Explorer 6. I fixed the problem for the most part. I highly recommend you get firefox or Safari. Or at least update to Internet Explorer 7 at the very least.
I'm still trying to change all the videos to play in the flash player by default. It's a slow process, but it's getting done. Edit: Wow, the homepage looked horrible in Internet Explorer 6. I didn't even realize. It's fixed now though.August 17, 2009
A quick clip of me at the downtown skatepark. Filmed by David.

I updated the Prologue DVD videos. You can now watch them in the flash player. The big advantage of the flash player is the ability to watch the videos in full screen. If you have flash player 9 or 10 installed the flash videos should be the same quality as the quicktime videos. Which is basically DVD quality.
Also I recently made a test video with the Panasonic HMC150 and the Opteka 72mm 0.4X fisheye. You can watch that video here.

I made this to test out the low light footage from the Canon 5D Mark II. Everything was filmed with a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 lens at f/1.8. The shutter was set to 1/30 and the ISO was at 500. I think the footage came out really well for how dark it was. The skating is nothing special. We were just skating to make this test video.
July 3, 2009

Here is a short montage of me skating for once. Everything was filmed with a Canon 5D Mark II with the stock mic. The lens I used on the 5D was a Nikon 50mm f/1.8 with an adapter. I wish I could have got a few more tricks, but the Houston heat is too much at times.
July 2, 2009

I picked up a Canon 5D Mark II the other day. Not only is it a full frame 21.1 MP camera, but it shoots full HD 1080p video. Check out some of the video frame grabs that I recently filmed here. They are all test shots. Nothing serious.

We found a new ledge! This one is even better. Sure this isn't the greatest photo, but I wanted to post something to show it off. Oh, and everyone should check out Jason Hernandez's new Nike SB am video "Debacle". R.I.P. Michael Jackson. :(

Does this spot look familiar to you? Well probably not anymore. Our perfect little ledge has been torn down. You can see what it use to be in most of my newer videos or photos. Goodbye old friend.

I uploaded a new video. I made it to see how smooth 60p (60 fps) looks at half the speed.
